Our experience in HSE spans across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, heavy engineering & construction, oil & gas, power generation, mining, electrical, water & gas utilities, maritime, Australian defence and rail services.
We are strategic planners with the ability to analyse a company’s HSE performance and develop and implement systems to increase their existing performance levels. We offer outstanding knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of Safe Work Method Statements, Job Safety & Environment Analysis (JSEA), Risk Assessment and Risk Management. We hold extensive knowledge and experience interpreting and working with National and International Legislation and Standards.

Prior to starting FRH Safety Management Solutions, Fernando Hernandez was Group HSE Corporate Manager of ADI Limited (Thales), where he was responsible for the development of the strategic direction of HSE across Australia for ADI (Australian Defence Industries/ Thales), after it became privatised during December 1999. Earlier in his career he spent 5 years with WorkCover NSW and has held a number of senior management positions with Asea Brown Bovery (ABB), Bechtel Australia and UGL Limited.
